This is a full-time opportunity for someone who is available to commence as soon as possible.
This includes project coordination, financial tracking, internal communications, and general office administration.
The role requires both strategic oversight and hands-on execution of key PMO processes to ensure the successful delivery of services and smooth business operations.Key ResponsibilitiesProject AdministrationManage daily project administration tasks in project management software such as timesheet requests, creation of new projects, project code assignments, and handling rejected timesheets.Draft Statements of Work and Change Requests as required.Review and maintain software licensing trackerRun project burn rate reports resolve project administration issuesWork with the finance to team to respond to finance-related queries.Maintain NSW project tools and trackers, including troubleshooting file issues and providing project reporting support.PMO Project Support:



manage project support mailboxOffice AdministrationCoordinate onboarding and offboarding processes in partnership with Practice Coordinator and Business Support teams.Liaise with building management for facilities, maintenance, and office services.Maintain First Aid supplies, be the First Aid Officer for the Sydney office, training / certification will be provided.Maintain the breakout areas, kitchen and boardroom tidinessServe as Fire Warden and manage safety compliance activities.Organising monthly NSW socials eventsGeneral Support & Ad Hoc TasksRespond to employee office enquiries and provide internal support.Manage office access, issue access passes, and coordinate with external visitors.Participate in team meetings, taking minutes and tracking action items.Support various requests from executive leaders and project stakeholders.Adhoc PowerPoint presentations and Word and Excel documentationPersonal AttributesApplicants must be Australian Citizens or hold Australian Permanent ResidencyBusiness / Finance degree and/or equivalent experience in managing budgets, forecasts, and invoicingHighly organised with solid attention to detail and accuracy.Able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.Service-oriented and proactive, with a strong sense of accountability.Why you'll thrive with EPI-USE?
