ParagonCare is seeking a clinically focused and commercially driven Product Specialist to support the growth of the cutting-edge BodyVision AI Lung Navigation platform across Australia, while also providing clinical applications support for our Digital Radiography portfolio.This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced radiographer or medical imaging professional who enjoys combining clinical expertise, education, relationship management, and technology-driven sales support in a highly specialised environment.About the RoleAs the Product Specialist, you will work closely with Interventional Pulmonologists, Thoracic Surgeons, Account Managers, and clinical teams to support the successful adoption of the BodyVision AI Lung Navigation Tool.You will play a hands-on role in:Live case support and procedural guidanceProduct demonstrations and pre-procedure planningClinical education and masterclass trainingDriving awareness and adoption within the interventional pulmonology marketSupporting the wider Digital Radiography applications team when requiredThis is a customer-facing role requiring strong communication skills, technical confidence, and the ability to build trusted clinical relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport and drive sales opportunities across the BodyVision portfolioCoordinate and deliver live demonstrations, installations,



and clinical training sessionsProvide in-procedure technical and applications support during lung biopsy casesDeliver education programs and masterclass workshops for clinicians and customersPartner with Account Managers to identify and develop new business opportunitiesBuild relationships with key opinion leaders and clinical stakeholdersAttend conferences, workshops, and industry events to expand market awarenessProvide backup clinical applications support across the Digital Radiography portfolioAssist customers with workflow optimisation, setup, calibration, and ongoing supportAbout YouTo succeed in this role, you will bring:Bachelor's degree in Medical Imaging, Applied Science, or equivalentMinimum 5 years' experience in medical imaging, medical devices, or clinical applicationsStrong understanding of radiology workflows and clinical environmentsExcellent presentation, education, and stakeholder engagement skillsA passion for innovative healthcare technology and customer outcomesStrong organisational skills and the ability to manage travel and territory prioritiesExperience supporting interventional procedures or advanced imaging solutions will be highly regardedWhy Join ParagonCare?
