We pride ourselves on delivering responsive service and building long-term customer relationships.We are looking for an organised, proactive and customer-focused Service Coordinator to join our team.About the roleThis is a fast-paced role where no two days are the same.You will be responsible for coordinating technicians, managing service requests and ensuring customers receive exceptional service from initial enquiry through to completion.Key responsibilitiesCoordinate technician schedules and service bookingsManage breakdowns, preventative maintenance and repairsLiaise with customers,



technicians and suppliersPrepare and follow up service quotationsManage national customer accountsMonitor work progress and ensure jobs are completed efficientlyUpdate customers throughout the repair processProcess service documentation and invoicesBuild robust relationships with customers and internal teamsPrioritise urgent work while managing multiple competing tasksAbout youYou'll be someone who:Has exceptional organisational skillsCan multitask in a busy environmentEnjoys problem solvingWorks well independentlyHas strong attention to detailExperience in service coordination, logistics, transport, automotive, equipment hire or a similar industry will be highly regarded.What we offerSupportive team environmentStable full-time positionOpportunity to work with national customers
