This role involves the efficient and safe operation of machinery to complete site preparation, excavation, and grading tasks in accordance with project plans.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in earthworks or heavy‐equipment operation and a strong commitment to quality and safety.Skills & RequirementsMinimum 3 years' experience operating machinery in earthworks or civil constructionProven ability to perform site preparation, excavation, trenching, and gradingCompetent in the safe and productive operation of heavy machineryHR Truck Licence, or willingness to obtain oneStrong understanding of worksite safety, compliance, and operational proceduresAbility to work independently and as part of a teamMotivated, honest, reliable, and punctual work ethicStrong attention to detail and effective problem‐solving skillsAbility to follow plans, instructions, and project specificationsPosition DetailsImmediate start available in Cairns and surrounding areasGreat pay rates and conditions for the right candidate
