We offer a full range of Grain and Grass-fed beef categories and export to over 40 countries worldwide.The RoleProcessing offal, tripe and other edible beef by-products in accordance with food safety, hygiene and quality assurance requirementsMoving beef carcasses, primal cuts and meat products to chillers, freezers and designated processing areas while maintaining cold chain requirementsLoading packaged meat products onto pallets and trucks for storage and distribution in accordance with dispatch schedulesPacking boned, trimmed and sliced beef products into cartons, weighing,



labelling and preparing them for domestic and export marketsSeparating edible offal and other beef by-products during processing in accordance with customer specifications and production requirementsInspecting and sorting beef products to ensure they meet company quality standards, export specifications and customer requirementsOperating meat processing equipment and production line machinery used for cutting, trimming, portioning and packaging beef productsCleaning and sanitising processing equipment, tools and work areas, and complying with workplace health and safety, food safety and quality assurance proceduresWho We Are Looking ForAQF Certificate I or completion of secondary education; relevant experience preferredAbility to work in a quick-paced production environmentKnowledge of workplace health and safety and food safety practicesGood physical fitness and the ability to perform manual handling tasksReliable, hardworking and able to work effectively in a teamWhy StanbrokeBe part of a respected, vertically integrated Australian beef businessWork with state-of-the-art equipment in a supportive team environmentBenefit from tailored training and development opportunitiesAccess to exclusive discounts on Stanbroke premium beef products
