Pathway Talent is seeking an Aboriginal Mental Health Community Support Worker to provide culturally secure, lived-experience informed support to Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander people with mental health challenges in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney.You will walk alongside clients in recovery, strengthen identity and connection to community supports, and collaborate with Aboriginal peers and multidisciplinary teams to co-design culturally responsive services.
