About the Role/s:
We're looking for passionate and motivated chefs at all levels - Chef de Parties, Demi Chefs, Commis Chefs, and Cooks - to join our busy kitchen brigade.
Whether you're just building your career or ready to step into a more senior role, this is an exciting opportunity to work in a high-energy coastal venue with a strong food offering and supportive team environment.
These roles are being offered on a casual basis, with full-time positions available for the right candidates, depending on skills, experience, and operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities (depending on position):
Prepare and present high-quality dishes in line with venue standards
Support senior chefs in day-to-day kitchen operations
Manage a section independently (Chef de Partie) with efficiency and consistency
Assist with menu planning, specials, and seasonal offerings
Maintain stock control, ordering, and waste minimisation practices
Uphold kitchen hygiene and food safety standards
Contribute to a positive team culture by supporting and mentoring junior staff
About You:
Relevant commercial cookery qualification (dependent on level)




Previous experience in a high-volume kitchen
Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, and hygiene practices
Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
Passionate about producing quality dishes and delivering a great guest experience
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and public holidays
Enthusiastic, reliable, and committed to continuous learning
Australian working rights are required for these roles (sponsorship is not available)
