White Spot Group Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Cleaning Area Manager to join our agile team.
This is a full-time position based in Brisbane QLD.
As Cleaning Area Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing cleaning operations across a designated area, ensuring exceptional service delivery, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, and managing a team of cleaning professionals.
This role is pivotal to our operational success and directly impacts the quality of service we provide to our clients.Key responsibilitiesSupervise and manage a team of cleaning staff, including scheduling, training, performance management and ensuring adherence to company policies and proceduresConduct regular inspections of cleaning areas to ensure all work meets company standards and client expectationsMonitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, and coordinate orders to maintain adequate stockDevelop and implement cleaning schedules that maximise efficiency whilst meeting client requirementsRespond to and resolve client complaints or concerns in a professional and timely mannerMaintain detailed records of cleaning activities, staff attendance, incidents and service deliveryEnsure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations across all cleaning operationsIdentify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings within the designated areaLiaise between cleaning teams and clients to communicate expectations, updates and any service modificationsParticipate in staff training and development initiatives to enhance team skills and knowledgeHands on responsibility for periodical jobsWhat we're looking forProven experience working as a Cleaning Supervisor,



Cleaning Manager or similar supervisory role within the cleaning services industryStrong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and manage staff effectivelyExcellent organisational and time management abilitiesKnowledge of cleaning techniques, products and equipment appropriate to various environmentsUnderstanding of health and safety regulations and best practices within the cleaning industryStrong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and staffProblem-solving skills and the ability to handle complaints professionally and constructivelyAttention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanlinessValid driver's license and reliable transport to visit multiple cleaning sitesFlexibility to work varying hours, including early mornings or evenings as operational requirements dictateWhat we offerAt White Spot Group Pty Ltd, we value our team members and are committed to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment.
