This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in our freight and cargo forwarding operations.
As an Import/Export Operator, you will be responsible for managing the movement of goods across international borders, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining the smooth flow of our cargo operations.
This role is fundamental to our business, as it directly impacts our ability to deliver reliable and efficient logistics services to our clients.Key Responsibilities:Monitor cargo availability, shipment status, and coordinate deliveriesCommunicate with shipping lines, transport providers, clients, and overseas agentsFollow up on orders, send booking confirmations, and arrange import deliveryPrepare and process export and import documentation (EDN, PRA, Import Declarations)Handle invoicing, filing, and other administrative tasksManage import operations,
