What we don't have is someone owning how all of that looks online.That's this job.THE ROLEYou'll own video and social end to end.
You shoot it, you cut it, you post it, you tell us what worked.
This isn't a role where you wait for a brief.
You'll have a warehouse full of product, access to real builds and real customers, and the freedom to decide what we make.WHAT YOU'LL BE DOINGShooting product: wheels, fitments, finishes, new releases, in studio and on carShort-form video for Instagram Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts, the bulk of the jobLonger pieces: build features, customer cars, warehouse content, trade shows and eventsOwning the content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedInCommunity management: comments, DMs, and the day-to-day voice of the brandStills for the website, catalogues and dealer materialThumbnails, titles, and light motion graphicsMonthly reporting on what performed,



and using it to shape the next monthWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR2+ years shooting and editing video professionally, in-house, agency, or a strong freelance runYou can run a shoot on your own: framing, lighting, audio, the lotFluent in Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve, plus After Effects or CapCutA genuine feel for short-form.
You understand why a video holds someone past three seconds, and you can explain itHands-on experience running business social accounts, not just your ownOrganised.
You can keep a calendar full without being chasedA showreel or portfolio.
