Key responsibilities will be to:Assist in planning, delivering and evaluating individualised careCommunicate effectively with patients, families and care teamsMaintain accurate clinical documentation and patient recordsDeliver care in line with professional standards and policiesManage competing priorities in a fast-paced clinical environmentEssential RequirementRegistration:
