We are looking for a Motel Manager who shares our focus on professionalism, guest satisfaction and well-organised operations.What we are looking for :The ideal candidate will have :A relevant Diploma or higher qualification in Hospitality Management or a related field, or equivalent relevant industry experienceAt least 1 year of experience in a similar motel, hotel or accommodation management roleSound knowledge of front-office, housekeeping, guest service and property operationsKey Responsibilities :Coordinate and oversee reservations, reception, guest services, room service and housekeeping operationsSupervise staff,



allocate duties and maintain efficient service across the motel's operational areasManage security procedures and coordinate the upkeep of rooms, buildings, gardens, grounds and other property facilitiesPlan and supervise restaurant, bar, function or conference activities where these services are offeredEnsure the business complies with applicable liquor, gaming and other regulatory requirements where relevantMonitor guest feedback, respond to concerns and introduce improvements to strengthen customer satisfactionOversee bookkeeping, accounts, purchasing, stock control and supplier arrangementsMaintain workplace health and safety procedures and ensure compliance with relevant safety obligations.Provide guests with local tourism information and assist with tours, transport or other travel arrangements when requestedWhat you will bring :Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skillsA professional and customer-focused approach to guest serviceExcellent organisation, problem-solving and time-management abilitiesConfidence in handling administrative, financial and purchasing responsibilitiesFlexibility to work weekends, public holidays and varying shifts when requiredReliability, initiative and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
