Location: Western Sydney International Airport, Luddenham, NSW

Shifts: 8Hrs/3 Shifts Per Day/7 days a week
Car Park Award rates - level 2
The primary objective of this role is to act as a Car Park Officer of your designated precinct.
You will join a small team and be supported with great management.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Deliver exceptional customer service by professionally handling customer enquiries, complaints, and requests.
Respond to calls and customer enquiries within established KPIs.
Assist customers with parking fees, lost tickets, payment issues, equipment faults,



and vehicle-related enquiries.
Accurately record, report, and escalation incidents, equipment faults, and non-conformances as required.
Process cashiering transactions and maintain accurate operational records and reports.
Safely receive, park, store, retrieve, and present customer vehicles in accordance with valet procedures.
Assess vehicle storage requirements and ensure vehicles are securely parked and keys are managed appropriately.
Complete incident reports, manual transaction records, and any additional reporting as required.
Adhere to all operational procedures, company policies, and quality standards.
Maintain a qualified appearance, wear the required uniform, and attend rostered shifts punctually.
ABOUT YOU
Demonstrated customer service experience
Availability to work Monday-Sunday
Full working rights and Drivers Licence
Ability to work autonomously and to make independent decisions
Exceptional conflict resolution skills
Ability to troubleshoot machines when required (training will be provided)
