About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Handyperson to join our Facilities & Maintenance team.
This role reports to the Maintenance Manager and is a full-time position (38 hours per week), that focuses on maintaining the overall care, compliance, security, safety, and functionality of our hotel.
Key Responsibilities
Perform hands-on repairs and maintenance activities
Provide painting services as needed across the hotel




Collaborate with other departments to support hotel operations.
Promptly respond to staff and guest repair requests
Monitor and maintain all mechanical and electrical equipment
Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations and hotel policies.
Execute scheduled preventive maintenance programs as directed by the Maintenance Manager
Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all communications and respond to matters in a timely and professional manner.
