Product Development & Compliance Manager – ITS IndustryINNOV8 is a growing provider of Intelligent Traffic Systems (ITS), LED roadside communication solutions, and temporary roadworks information products across Australia.We are seeking a technically capable and hands on Product Development & Compliance Manager to support the development, compliance, testing, and ongoing improvement of our ITS product range.This is a diverse role working across product development, technical support, compliance, supplier coordination, and customer engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesManage product development, testing, compliance, and continuous improvement activitiesSupport approvals and compliance with Australian Standards, Austroads guidelines, and state road authority requirementsCoordinate technical documentation, product specifications, testing, and certification activitiesLiaise with suppliers, manufacturers, contractors, certifiers, and road authoritiesSupport product installations, field testing, troubleshooting, and commissioningInvestigate product faults, warranty issues, and technical problemsWork closely with production and engineering teams to maintain product quality and performanceProvide technical support, customer training,



and product demonstrationsMaintain accurate compliance records and technical documentationContribute to product innovation and operational improvementsWork closely with sales team on tenders and presentationsSkills & ExperienceExperience in ITS, LED signage, roadside technology, traffic systems, electronics, or related industriesStrong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsUnderstanding of Australian Standards, Austroads guidelines, or road authority requirements is highly regardedExperience working with suppliers, manufacturers, and technical stakeholdersStrong communication and organisational skillsPractical, hands-on approach with attention to detailAbility to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesDesirable QualificationsQualification in Engineering, Electronics, ITS, Technical Trade, or related fieldWhite Card and current Driver's LicenceExperience with compliance testing or roadside technology productsWhy Join INNOV8?
