From $29 per hour + super + on-call allowanceAbout the RoleA fast-paced, high-impact role at the centre of our service delivery.You will coordinate rosters and workforce planning for our NDIS participants and support staff across the Hunter region, ensuring the right person is in the right place at the right time.You will join a tight-knit, experienced Rosters Team, solving problems on the fly to keep a complex operation running smoothly.High-volume roster coordination for community and accommodation clients.Ensure roster practices comply with award requirements.Meet staffing targets and fill shift vacancies efficiently.Process timesheets, leave requests,
