With strong market demand and qualified appointments provided, we are expanding our high-performing sales team.This is a consultative, in-home sales role suited to confident professionals who take ownership of their results and enjoy working autonomously.You will meet clients in their homes, understand their needs, design tailored solutions, and guide them confidently through the purchasing decision.The RoleAs a Senior Design Consultant, you will:Attend qualified in-home appointmentsConduct professional measure and design consultationsPresent customised product solutionsManage objections with confidenceClose sales and achieve solid conversion ratesDeliver an outstanding customer experienceThis is not a retail or showroom-based role.
Success in this position comes from strong interpersonal skills, structured sales processes, and the ability to build trust quickly in a customer's home.
