If you are a passionate Occupational Therapist who wants to help transform lives through excellence and person-centred NDIS allied health services then you love working at ORS.Due to ORS' continued growth, the Occupational Therapy team is in need of our next superstar to join the team!
You will get to work alongside 110+ other dedicated Occupational Therapists in our NDIS division performing clinical services to participants predominantly in the Adult age group with various diagnoses and disability types.
More importantly you will also get to work with an amazing group of clients, playing an integral part in their personal growth and development.The types of assessments and interventions that you will complete include:Supported Independent Living (SIL) AssessmentsSensory AssessmentsAssistive Technology (AT) AssessmentsHome Modifications Assessments (including complex)Functional Daily Living Skills AssessmentsSkill building and ongoing therapyYou will work across various environments, including family homes, disability group homes, day programs, schools, community, and/or ORS clinics.Work Life Balance:Provide the resources for our staff to be able to work from homeAim to allocate clients close to your homeGive you ownership of your own calendar so you can book appointments to suit your scheduleGive you the ability to work part time or reduced hoursCareer Pathways at ORS:ORS is an organisation that takes pride in developing our employees into their career pathway of choice.
Whether that be regional or interstate secondments, people management, specialisation in a particular interest area such as paediatrics,



home modifications or mental health and opportunities to try other clinical disciplines such as Positive Behaviour Support or Rehabilitation Consulting.

You will work closely with your Manager and Learning & Development Manager to create a plan achieve these goals.A few requirements:Tertiary qualifications in Occupational TherapyRegistration or ability to become registered with AHPRAA car and licenceA National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or able to get one for a client facing role (or willingness to obtain one before commencement)About ORS:We are one of the largest and fastest growing family owned and operated national allied health and workplace rehabilitation providers in Australia, with a proven track record and reputation for providing high quality evidence-based, and client-centred services for over 30 years!
