We provide a broad range of NDIS supports — including Supported Independent Living (SIL), Medium Term Accommodation (MTA), and Short Term Accommodation (STA) — across Sydney's Inner West, Eastern Suburbs, and Sutherland.
As we continue to grow, we need extra support to scale our operations while continuing to deliver the high-quality, personalised service we're proud of.Role DescriptionReporting directly to our Managing Directors, the Operations Manager will own day-to-day compliance, staff administration, participant support processes, and operational systems — freeing our leadership team to focus on strategy and growth.
This is a hands-on role with genuine influence over how the business runs: you won't just be following a playbook, you'll be helping write it.Key ResponsibilitiesCompliance & risk management — track NDIS Worker Screening, WWCC, training and qualification compliance; maintain registers and prepare audit-ready documentation for NDIS reviewsStaff onboarding & administration — manage end-to-end onboarding, systems access, and staff records across Vertex360 and Google WorkspaceParticipant & intake administration — support new participant onboarding, funding tracking,
referrals, and review schedulingReporting & stakeholder communication — prepare monthly case note reports for Support Coordinators and families, and respond to enquiriesOperational systems — manage staff rosters, own key registers (incidents, complaints, training, restrictive practices) and refine SOPsKey RequirementsExperience in administration, compliance, or operations within disability, aged care, healthcare, or another regulated sectorDemonstrated ability to manage multiple compliance requirements and maintain accurate recordsExperience preparing reports for external stakeholders (coordinators, families, or regulators)Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; confident picking up new systemsAbility to work independently and communicate clearly with leadership and external partiesUnderstanding of NDIS standards, Aged Care regulations, or similar compliance frameworks (or a strong willingness to learn)Experience with NDIS audit compliance processesWhy Join UsDirect access to and mentorship from our Managing Directors — this isn't a role buried in a large hierarchyReal ownership over the systems and processes you buildGenuine flexibility: hybrid work, negotiable hours (typically ~30/week)Superannuation and professional development support
