ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the Head of Finance, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering accurate management reporting, insightful financial analysis and commercial support across the business.
Working closely with finance and operational stakeholders, you'll contribute to budgeting, forecasting, month-end reporting and continuous improvement initiatives that drive smarter business decisions.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced management accountant who enjoys partnering with the business and influencing outcomes.
DUTIES
Prepare weekly and monthly management reports with insightful commentary
Analyse financial performance against budgets, forecasts and prior periods
Support month-end and year-end close processes, including lease accounting and payroll uploads
Assist with annual budgeting and periodic forecasting cycles
Prepare quarterly QBR reports ad commentary for the DTC business
Monitor key financial performance indicators and identify risks and opportunities
Maintain the integrity and accuracy of financial reporting
Support compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
Drive improvements across financial reporting processes and systems
Contribute to finance transformation and automation initiatives
Collaborate with finance and operational stakeholders across the business
Prepare and maintain process documentation and SOPs
Perform ad hoc financial analysis and project work as required
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
CA, CPA or CIMA qualified
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or a related discipline
5–7+ years' experience in management accounting or commercial finance
Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis experience
Advanced SAP and Microsoft Excel skills
Experience working in a complex, fast-paced commercial environment
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Strong analytical, problem-solving and financial modelling capabilities
Proactive mindset with exceptional attention to detail
