About the Role
As Assistant Manager,



you'll work closely with the Venue Manager to help lead daily operations across multiple hospitality spaces while delivering exceptional guest experiences and building a positive team culture in one of Brisbane's busiest hospitality destinations.
What You'll Do
Coach, develop and support team members to deliver outstanding hospitality
Support venue administration, cash management and daily reporting
Ensure compliance with liquor licensing and workplace safety requirements
Coordinate operations across bars, dining, gaming, private functions and entertainment to deliver exceptional guest experiences
Work a rotating roster including days, nights, weekends and public holidays
What We're Looking For
Leadership experience in a pub, hotel, club or similar high-volume hospitality venue
The ability to prioritise and lead confidently while managing multiple operations simultaneouslyStrong knowledge of food, beverage, gaming and premium guest experiences
Experience with venue administration, cash management and reporting
The ability to build positive team cultures where people feel supported and enjoy coming to work
Current RSA, RMLV and Approved Manager Licence (or willingness to obtain)
