You'll bring technical expertise, sound judgment, and a customer-first mindset to every interaction.Key ResponsibilitiesManage claims end-to-end, ensuring all legitimate claims are assessed and paid in line with policy conditionsProvide technical expertise across claims, including reviewing and seeking approval for claim declinaturesCollaborate with builders, engineers, assessors, brokers,



and strata managers to meet service standards and KPIsEscalate claims exceeding authority levels in line with internal guidelinesEnsure compliance with SCI procedures when appointing service providersIdentify opportunities to improve claims processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiativesAbout YouYou're a motivated insurance professional with a strong foundation in claims management.
