This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.What you'll do:Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.Provide product and service information to customers.Process customer orders, Click & Collect requests, returns, exchanges, and refunds.Assist customers with Click & Collect enquiries,



including order collection, availability, and collection procedures.Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and satisfactory manner.Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and high levels of customer satisfaction.Continuously develop customer service skills and maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, policies, and procedures.What you'll bring:Previous experience working in a customer service-based role (preferably within a call centre environment).
A great attitude and friendly phone manner.Robust interpersonal and problem-solving skills.Comfortable working independently as well as within a team.Confidence using various computer systems inc.
Microsoft Office, Live Chat and CRM platforms.A love for pets (industry knowledge is a bonus!)
