We're looking for a warm, organised and people-focused Admissions Officer to join our Residential team at Bene Aged Care.
Together, we'll support prospective residents and their families through one of life's most significant transitions - ensuring every step of the admissions journey feels welcoming, qualified and deeply person-centred.About The RoleIn this role, you'll work hand-in-hand with our clinical teams, operational staff, hospitals and community stakeholders to coordinate admissions from initial enquiry right through to move-in day.
Together, we'll work toward shared occupancy goals while upholding the Aged Care Act ****, the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards and Bene's values.Key ResponsibilitiesAs a valued member of our team, you will:Assist in coordinating the admissions process for permanent and respite residentsRespond to accommodation enquiries in a timely, professional and compassionate mannerWelcome prospective residents and families by conducting personalised tours and sharing information about Bene's servicesAssist with the preparation of Residential Care Agreements and admission documentationProvide clear, helpful information regarding aged care fees, accommodation payments and admission requirementsCollaborate with clinical and operational teams to support smooth resident admissions and transitions into careAssist in maintaining admissions pipelines and waitlists to support occupancy objectivesBuild and nurture positive relationships with hospitals, discharge planners, social workers and other community stakeholdersMaintain accurate admissions,



occupancy and waitlist recordsAssist in preparing admissions and occupancy reportsContribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance the admissions experience for residents and familiesAbout YouYou're someone who genuinely cares about people and brings both professionalism and compassion to everything you do.
