We're growing our Brisbane team and looking for a Rental Coordinator to join us.ABOUT THE ROLEBased at our Yatala branch, you'll be the first point of contact for customers hiring plant and equipment — managing bookings, coordinating logistics, and keeping our fleet moving efficiently across sites.
You'll work closely with our Branch Manager and workshop team to ensure smooth handovers, on-time deliveries, and great customer service from quoting through to off-hire.Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 5:00pmSalary: $75,000 – $80,000 + Super, based on experienceKEY RESPONSIBILITIESHandle incoming hire enquiries, quotes, and bookingsProactively make outbound calls to generate and follow up hire opportunities — this is an essential part of the role,



not just reactive order-takingCoordinate delivery and pick-up schedules with transport and workshop staffMaintain accurate hire records and fleet availabilityLiaise with customers on hire terms, extensions, and off-hiresSupport invoicing and hire documentation processesBuild strong relationships with repeat and new customersWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FORExperience in equipment hire, transport/logistics coordination, or a similar customer-facing coordination roleConfident, comfortable making proactive outbound sales/service calls — this is essential, not optionalStrong communication and organisational skillsComfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on workplace, with 7am startsEarthmoving/construction industry knowledge highly regarded but not essentialA proactive, team-first attitudeWHAT WE OFFERSupportive, family-owned business cultureOpportunity to grow with an expanding QLD operationCompetitive salary based on experienceIf you're organised, customer-focused, and want to be part of a growing team, we'd love to hear from you.
