Shop Managers own the day-to-day operation of their venue, delivering ANNEES® standards across guest experience, team performance, product quality, and venue compliance.This is a full-time, salaried position reporting to the Regional Manager, with direct oversight of Shift Leaders and A-Team Members at the venue.What You'll DoVenue PerformanceManage venue operations to achieve budgets and KPIs, and deliver a guest-first experienceCommunicate venue performance to the team, celebrating wins and addressing shortfallsTeam Leadership and DevelopmentDeliver ANNEES® training and coach Shift Leaders and Team Members to support their growthCoordinate hiring, onboarding, performance reviews, and off-boarding with the Regional ManagerVenue OperationsOversee product standards, rostering, timesheets, stock control, and daily reconciliationImplement marketing campaigns and promotions,



and manage guest experience complaintsCompliance and WHSEnsure venue operations comply with ANNEES® policies and statutory WHS requirementsChampion the ANNEES® brand and culture through personal conduct and team leadershipWhat You'll Bring to the RoleMinimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory or management role within café, hospitality, or retailDemonstrated experience leading a team to deliver consistent guest experience and operational resultsComfortable managing venue budgets, rosters, and stock control, with a sound understanding of wages percentage, cost of goods sold, and how day-to-day decisions affect bothWillingness to undertake training as required for the roleEmployment ConditionsOrdinary hours: must be flexible and willing to work across 7 days per week, including early mornings, weekends, and public holidays, as required by venue trading hoursProbationary period: 6 months from commencement dateAward/Agreement: Quick Food Industry AwardFree coffee on shift30% discount on coffee and A-MerchTeam building and social activitiesCareer development and growth opportunitiesA police check is required for this role.
