The Role:
Working alongside a team of experienced Property Managers, you'll play an integral role in supporting the day-to-day management of a growing portfolio while developing your own skills and career.




Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting Property Managers with their portfolios
Booking and conducting routine and ingoing inspections
Coordinating maintenance and liaising with landlords and tenants
Managing key administrative tasks and documentation
Using modern cloud-based property management systems
Providing exceptional customer service to clients
About You:
We're looking for someone who is motivated, organised and eager to build a long-term career in property management.
You will have:
A current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
Previous leasing, property management or real estate experience (preferred but not essential)
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Excellent communication and organisational skillsStrong attention to detail and a proactive approach
Professional presentation
A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
