'Eight core behavioursteam playercaringrespectfulhonestadvocatecollaborativeconsiderate and accountableThe Midwifery Unit Manager is the registered Midwife in charge of a ward-unit or group of wards-units or a service (e.g. Child and Family Health) within SESLHD.The purpose of the Midwifery Unit Manager grade 2 (MUM2) is to:lead, direct and co-ordinate patient or client careensure the practice of nursing and-or midwifery is safe and efficient,
