The Role
We are seeking passionate and experienced Client Advisors to join prestigious luxury boutiques located in Sydney CBD and Chatswood Chase.
As a Client Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering an elevated and personalised client experience while representing one of the world's most respected luxury brands.
You will guide clients through carefully curated collections, build meaningful long-term relationships, and provide exceptional service that reflects the brand's commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver a world-class, personalised client experience at every interaction
Develop and maintain robust relationships with loyal and VIP clientele
Present collections with confidence, passion, and compelling product storytelling
Provide expert product knowledge and styling advice
Drive sales performance through consultative selling and clienteling activities
Manage client appointments, follow-up communications, and CRM engagement
Uphold the highest standards of boutique presentation and operational excellence




Handle high-value products and confidential client information with professionalism and discretion
Skills & Experience
Previous experience within luxury retail, premium retail, hospitality, or a client-focused environment
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
A genuine passion for delivering unforgettable client experiences
A sales-focused mindset with the ability to achieve and exceed performance targets
Strong presentation and personal grooming standards
Experience using CRM and retail systems
The ability to thrive within a fast-paced, high-service luxury environment
