Workfast is seeking experienced Crane Operator to join an upcoming shutdown project on a power plant located in Chinchilla.
This is a great opportunity to secure consistent hours on a well-structured shutdown with accommodation provided.
Shutdown Details
Location: Chinchilla QLD
Project: Power Plant Shutdown
Duration: 3 - 4 weeks, Starting Immediately
Shifts: ***** hour shifts
Accommodation: Provided

About the Role
Operating of Gantry and Crawler Cranes
Carrying out rigging and dogging duties to support lifting operations
Safely moving heavy equipment and materials across site
Supporting site setup, shutdown activities, and inspections
Maintaining strict adherence to all safety procedures and protocols
Requirements




Vail Crane License
Valid Intermediate or Advanced Rigger Ticket
Current White Card, EWP, Working at Heights
Previous shutdown or similar project experience
Strong commitment to workplace health & safety
Ability to work both independently and within a team
