As a full-time CNC/Edgebander Machine Operator, you will be responsible for the productive and high-quality operation of our CNC and edgebanding machines, playing a crucial role in the production of our joinery.What you'll be doingOperate and maintain CNC and edgebanding machines to produce high-quality components and finished productsSet up and program CNC machines to ensure precise cutting and shaping of materialsMonitor machine performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise,



performing minor maintenance as requiredEnsure all produced parts and components meet the required specifications and quality standardsWork closely with the production team to optimise workflow and efficiencyMaintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to all safety protocolsWhat we're looking forMinimum 2 years of experience in operating CNC and edgebanding machines in a production environmentExcellent understanding of CNC programming and machine settingsStrong attention to detail and ability to consistently produce high-quality workProficient in interpreting technical drawings and specificationsExcellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsAbility to work effectively both independently and as part of a teamCommitment to workplace safety and a proactive approach to continuous improvement
