About the RoleAs the Retail Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operation of the store, leading your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences while ensuring strong operational performance.We're looking for someone with a genuine passion for retail, a positive attitude, and strong leadership skills.

we'd love to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities include, but are not limited to:Store Operations & InventoryOrdering and managing stock, including fresh produce, chilled and frozen productsOrdering store suppliesManaging catalogue and promotional ordersOverseeing stocktakes and inventory controlPricing and data maintenanceManaging supplier credits and invoice processingException reporting and administrative tasksMerchandising & SalesCoordinating catalogue activities and promotional executionMaintaining high merchandising and presentation standardsManaging out-of-date stock proceduresEnsuring compliance with company policies and proceduresLeadership & People ManagementStaff recruitment, onboarding, and trainingManaging rosters and wagesSupporting HR processesCreating a positive, high-performing team cultureCoaching and developing team membersCustomer ExperienceDelivering exceptional customer serviceProviding product guidance and supportEnsuring customers receive a welcoming and engaging shopping experienceAdministrationManaging the store inboxBanking and cash handlingReporting and general store administrationWhy Join Us?
