Throughout its evolution, Stoddart has proudly continued to remain a 100% Australian-owned family business.This role is structured as a graduate development position, with the expectation that capability will be built over time across both ICT Operations and Business Systems.
In addition to core support responsibilities, the role will progressively be exposed to business systems, data, reporting,



and process improvement activities aligned to the needs of the organisation.More specifically your duties will include the following:Undertake fault findingUndertake fault fixingInitiate hardware replacement processRebuild desktop hardware/mobile devicesInstall current desktop hardware and software/mobileIn determining suitability for the role, the following criteria are considered essential:Tertiary qualifications in information technologyIntermediate knowledge of relevant desktop hardwareSkilled at undertaking minor desktop hardware repairs, builds and configurationSkilled at troubleshooting and configuring mobile/desk phone devicesIntermediate level of programmingAbility to differentiate between core tasks, other level 1 tasks, and higher-level tasksAbility to action non-core tasks using appropriate time managementAbility to refer higher-level tasks to the correct roleAbility to make repair or replace determinationsIf you require further information about this role, please contact David Brice, ******** ***.
