About the Role
As a Sales Associate, you'll play a vital role in supporting a high-performing agent throughout every stage of the sales process.
No two days are the same, with responsibilities including prospecting, attending appointments, coordinating marketing campaigns, assisting buyers and sellers, and helping deliver exceptional client experiences.
This is a genuine career opportunity with a clear pathway to becoming a successful Sales Agent.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the lead agent with listing presentations, appraisals and client appointments
Prospect through phone calls, door knocking, letterbox drops and database management
Attend open homes, private inspections and auctions
Build and maintain relationships with buyers, sellers and local residents
Coordinate property marketing, photography and campaign preparation
Respond to buyer enquiries promptly and professionally
Prepare contracts, vendor reports and sales documentation




Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure exceptional customer service throughout every transaction
Represent Harcourts Results Calamvale with professionalism, integrity and enthusiasm
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
Passionate about building a career in real estate
A confident communicator who enjoys working with people
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Professional in presentation and conduct
Eager to learn from experienced industry leaders
Fluent in Mandarin (highly regarded but not essential)
Current Certificate of Registration (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement)
Current driver's licence and reliable motor vehicle
Strong computer and communication skills
