The position is a full time position to primarily assist customers in our sales office + front trade counter.Main Responsibilities of the role are:Ability to develop, maintain and expand strong business relationships with customersMaintain and manage phone, email and in-person inquiries to provide support to our loyal customer base and to increase sales opportunitiesCoordinate sales from the beginning,



ensure a successful close and customer satisfaction.Occasionally assist customers face to face at our trade customer counterWillingness to learn external company systems that allow for the internal selling of a major brandProvide accurate and on-time equipment selections, pricing, and technical assistance together with project quotations that maximise successful outcomesAssist in the development of new customers and securing future opportunities from existing customersFoster and be inclusive in a positive work culture and assist with general phone inquiriesAbility to remain compliant within our company's standard operating proceduresAs the ideal candidate, you will possess the following key attributes:A proven sales and/or account management historyPrevious sales experience within the HVAC or related Industry would be an advantageRelevant experience in system design and application engineering or relevant technical roleThe ability to build, grow and maintain relationships at all levels with a solid focus on successful achievement of sales targets.Be focused, self-motivated and have the ability to work autonomously, but within a team environment and to contribute to the team objectives.Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office or Attache would be an advantageAbility to conduct product presentations to small or large groups at relevant trade days and industry shows
