Working on a diverse number of projects, you will provide Project Management/ Administration and maintenance of Engineering Standards, Designs, Legislation, specifications, and work practices.
This exciting opportunity is based in Rockhampton.Organise technical aspects of complex engineering projects from planning through to execution as per requirement specifications, safety in operations from a contractor perspective as well as internal operations.Develop and coordinate technical aspects and strategies for new technology, financial instruments, procurement strategies applicable to engineering systems and networks.Design, checking and auditing of complex engineering systems submitted by planning teams and external providers.Organise and prepare the associated documentation from a quality assurance perspective and aid in the development of new and emergent technologies with asset data teams.Ensure that engineering designs produced conform to legislation and the highest degree of regulatory requirements.Assist in the training and development of managers and other senior executives allowing them to understand complex methodologies in simple forms.The ability to present concepts and financial strategies to improve efficiency to senior executives.Site supervision opportunities of rail projectsAbout you:To be a part of this successful team you will have a strong background in Project Engineering, Design and Standards.
