The successful candidate will be responsible for managing contracts from initial enquiry through to completion, building strong client relationships, coordinating operational teams and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
This position would suit an experienced Contracts Manager or Project Manager from a construction or specialist contracting background who enjoys managing multiple projects while maintaining exceptional standards of quality and compliance.What You'll Be DoingManaging contracts from quotation through to successful project completionVisiting client sites to assess works and prepare accurate quotationsBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clientsPlanning and scheduling labour, subcontractors and project resourcesProducing detailed project programmes,
