About the Prospect
Are you a creative individual looking to kickstart your career in graphic design and marketing?
If yes, we are on the hunt for a talented and enthusiastic Junior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team.
Surrounded by a collaborative team, we need someone with passion, open to ideas, an eye for detail and is driven to succeed.
Your key responsibilities will be:
Design marketing materials across various mediums such as print, digital, social media, advertisements,



and promotional collateral
Supporting and collaborating with the Marketing Team and the in-house Graphic Designer in taking in project briefs and translating them into creative design solutions
Developing designs that align with brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across all marketing channels and company brands
Using graphic design software and tools to produce high-quality artwork and layouts
Incorporating feedback from stakeholders and making revisions to designs as required
Assisting with the organisation and management of design assets and project files
Skills and Experience Required
Qualification in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Proficient in Industry-standard graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator) and Canva
A solid portfolio showcasing demonstrating your design capabilities and creative approach
Strong typographical, graphical, and conceptual skills.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team setting
Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects with varying deadlines
Ability to take constructive feedback and adapt designs accordingly
