We work with students, universities, educators, parents and community groups to facilitate interactive, informative and inclusive sex education workshops.Our workshops are evidence based, comprehensive and embraces all young people, regardless of their gender, sexuality or background.Core responsibilitiesFacilitate interactive workshops through open discussion, engaging activities and stimulated learningTravel throughout metro and regional NSW to deliver workshops in schools,



universities and community groupsOpportunities to travel interstate where relevantPartake in ongoing training and professional developmentRepresent Elephant Ed's core values: Inclusivity, Growth, Education and Passion on a daily basisYou areConfident in public speakingComfortable talking about relationships and sexual activity in an educational wayPassionate about young people having access to a holistic sex educationA person who loves working with diverse groupsPassionate about sexual violence preventionAware of internal biases and privilege, with demonstrated ability to be culturally sensitive and inclusiveKey selection criteria18+ years oldCurrent Australian drivers' license and daily access to a carValid Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain one)Comfortable public speaking and ability to facilitate to large groupsPassion for working directly with young people and studentsConfident, energetic and charismaticExperience working with diverse groups across gender, sexuality, race and ability (desired)Key datesApplication outcome: Monday 17th AugustInterviews: Thursday 20th AugustInterview outcome: Friday 21st AugustTraining: Monday 31st August - Friday 4th SeptemberPlease note: Candidates unable to attend training in its entirety will not progress.Questions?
