We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our vibrant casual team at the BIG4 Launceston Holiday Park.As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guest accommodation is clean, tidy, and well-maintained, contributing to an exceptional visitor experience.What you'll be doingThoroughly cleaning and preparing guest rooms, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming, and replenishing suppliesPerforming routine cleaning tasks in public areas such as BBQS, Camp Kitchens and common spacesReporting any maintenance issues or damage to the appropriate personnelAdhering to all safety and hygiene protocols to maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and staffProviding excellent customer service and responding promptly to guest requestsAssisting with laundry duties as neededWhat we're looking forPrevious experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role, preferably in a hospitality or tourism settingStrong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentationGood time management skills and the ability to work efficiently and independentlyExcellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanourA willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidaysWhat we offerWe offer competitive casual rates, the opportunity to develop your skills, and a range of employee advantages to support your work-life balance.
