As our digital transformation continues, we are looking for a Business Systems & Support Analyst to join our Information Technology team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys solving business problems with technology.
You'll provide day-to-day support to staff while taking an active role in developing and improving our core business systems, particularly our newly implemented iMIS platform.
Working in a small, collaborative team, you'll have exposure to a broad range of technologies, projects and business stakeholders, making this an ideal role for someone looking to expand their skills beyond traditional IT support.
About the role
Reporting to the Chief Information Officer, you will:
Provide responsive technical support to staff across Microsoft 365, Windows and business applications.
Administer and enhance the Association's iMIS platform.
Develop reports, dashboards and SQL queries to support business operations.
Assist departments in improving and automating business processes.
Support Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online and related cloud services.
Assist with application integrations, testing and system implementations.
Produce technical documentation and user guides.
Participate in technology projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Support cybersecurity, compliance and digital transformation activities.
About you




You are someone who enjoys learning, solving problems and working closely with people.
You'll ideally bring:
5+ years' experience in IT, application support or business systems.
Experience supporting Microsoft 365 and Windows environments.
SQL querying skills.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical ability.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
The ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
A proactive attitude and genuine interest in improving business systems.
Highly regarded
Experience with iMIS or other CRM, ERP or membership platforms.
SharePoint Online.
Power Automate or Microsoft Power Platform.
Power BI.
API integrations.
Experience working within a membership organisation, legal or not-for-profit environment.
