Our Rehabilitation Consultants work closely with clients to assess their needs, develop and implement rehabilitation plans, and monitor progress while promoting a safe and durable return to work.

You'll work within a multidisciplinary Allied Health team, with access to supportive treating practitioners and medical specialists.
ABOUT YOU:
We're looking for a passionate and motivated Rehabilitation Consultant for our New Employer team who has:
Current Full Member or Associate Member status with the Australian Society of Rehabilitation Counsellors (ASORC) — essential (Associate Members early in their ASORC journey are welcome to apply)
Understanding of Workers Compensation and CTP injury structures highly regarded, but not essential — we welcome recent grads
A good understanding of the challenges injured workers face when job‐detached - highly regarded
Excellent time‐management and communication skills
Strong ability to work both independently and within a team
A proven track record of high‐quality care and exceptional customer service
Current driver's licence and own vehicle
Most importantly, we're looking for someone with a strong sense of customer service and problem‐solving ability.
