Bartender | Gemelli Italian Broadbeach
About the Role
As a Bartender, you'll be responsible for delivering outstanding beverage service while creating a fun, welcoming atmosphere behind the bar.
Your responsibilities will include:
Preparing and serving cocktails, spirits, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages to a consistently high standard
Delivering friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient customer service
Maintaining a clean, organised, and fully stocked bar
Recommending beverages and pairing drinks with menu items
Processing orders accurately and efficiently
Following RSA guidelines and all venue procedures
Working closely with the restaurant and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service
Assisting with opening and closing bar procedures
What We're Looking For
Previous bartending experience (minimum 6 months preferred)




Current Queensland RSA Certificate
A passion for hospitality, cocktails, and customer service
Strong communication skills and a positive, team-first attitude
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy venue
Reliability, professionalism, and attention to detail
Full Australian working rights
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
A current driver's licence and access to a vehicle are an advantage, as there may be opportunities to work across multiple Gemelli Group venues when required.
While not essential, flexibility to travel between venues will be highly regarded.
