routines and participant preferencesMedication prompts or assistance where trained and authorisedMobility support and manual handling where trainedCompleting accurate shift notes and reporting incidents or concernsPromoting participant choice, dignity, privacy and independence at all timesAbout youWe're looking for people who are reliable, respectful and genuinely enjoy supporting others.You should be comfortable working independently in participants' homes, communicate professionally and provide high-quality, person-centred support.
