Reporting to the CEO, this individual contributor role blends strategic oversight with hands on delivery—owning key initiatives, managing external technology partners, strengthening governance and cybersecurity, and ensuring systems and data deliver real value across the organisation and industry.Key responsibilities will include:Lead and deliver data and digital initiatives end-to-endManage external ICT vendors, contractors and service providersOwn reporting and insights (including Power BI dashboards)Oversee data governance,



cybersecurity and system integrityImprove systems, integrations, data flows and usabilityLiaise with outsourced IT teamAdvise the CEO and leadership team on priorities, investment and riskSupport and enable effective use of data across the organisationEnsure systems are stable, secure and continuously improvingRequirements:Relevant tertiary qualificationHands-on experience with Power BIExperience with AWS would be highly desirableExperience delivering digital, data or technology programs end-to-endStrong vendor and stakeholder management capabilityAbility to translate technical detail into practical business outcomesComfortable operating in a lean, fast-moving environmentBackground in agriculture or industry bodies is advantageous but not essentialWhy this role?
