and inserts as requiredCompleting in-process quality checksMaintaining accurate production and job recordsAssisting with basic machine and mould maintenanceOperating overhead cranes (training provided if required)Using hand and power tools safely and effectivelyMaintaining clean, organised work areas in line with 6S standardsWorking as part of a proactive team with a solid focus on safety and continuous improvementWhat we're looking forManufacturing or labouring experience is beneficial but not essentialForklift and/or crane experience is an advantage, not a requirementPhysically fit and capable of manual handling tasks up to 25kgStrong commitment to safety and following proceduresReliable, with a good work ethic and positive attitudeAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWillingness to work rotating shifts and overtime when requiredWhat we offer5-day work week with an early Friday finish (12 noon)Stable, full-time employmentFull training and ongoing supportSafe and supportive team environmentLong-term career opportunities within a growing businessWork with a company known for quality products and customer satisfaction
