About the Role
Reporting to theDuty Manager, you'll be the friendly face of our gaming room and food andbeverage venues — delivering genuine hospitality, keeping guests safe andentertained, and helping create experiences that tell a story.
Day to day you'll be:
Welcoming guests to our gaming room and food andbeverage venues with genuine, friendly service
Operating and maintaining gaming machines, TABand Keno terminals to a high standard
Championing responsible gambling, spotting signsof harm and acting in line with our RSG obligations
Handling cash,



processing payouts andreconciling tills accurately
Checking ID and monitoring the venue forcompliance with liquor and gaming regulations
Preparing and serving food and beverages to ahigh standard across our pub and restaurants
Taking orders and providing attentive table andbar service that keeps guests coming back
Building genuine relationships with regulars andmaking every guest feel like part of the family
Keeping the gaming room and food and beverageareas clean, well-presented and welcoming
What We're Looking For
Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) andRSG (Responsible Service of Gambling) competency cards
Experience in gaming, food and beverage, orhospitality
Confidence handling cash and operatinggaming/EGM or POS systems
A genuine passion for hospitality and guestservice
A team player who takes direction well andbrings a positive attitude
Flexibility to work varied shifts includingnights, weekends, and public holidays
