You will champion a culture of safety, wellness, and social justice while ensuring responsive, client-focused service delivery.Requirements:Graduate qualification in Social Welfare, Social Work, or PsychologyCurrent registration with relevant professional body (AHPRA/AASW)Proven leadership experience in human services managementValid driver's licence and reliable vehicleCurrent First Aid certificate, Working with Children Check, and National Police CheckStrong skills in service development, team leadership, and budget management
