Our Nurses and other healthcare professionals go over and above the call of duty for their patients, and we do the same for them.The roleAs an Allocations Consultant with Alliance, you will be responsible for placing suitably qualified and experienced candidates into shifts with Alliance Nursing's clientele.You will be responsible for ongoing engagement and care of both clients and candidates, fostering a positive relationship ensuring retention with Alliance Nursing and maximising availabilities.About youCompetent in the use of computers with solid experience in Outlook, Excel,
Word etc.An understanding of and complete commitment to confidentiality.Strong planning and organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.Experience with Records Management Systems and Databases.Need to be available to be available across a 7 day day rotating roster, some shifts start at 430am and some finish at 11pm.
Shift Penalties apply.Ability to work well within a team environment and collaborate with your peersSkills & ExpertiseExcellent presentation and communication skills with a professional manner focused on customer service and relationship building.Ability to manage a busy switchboard and multitaskThe ability to communicate confidently, effectively and respectfully across all levels and all mediums – phone, in person, over email.Strong attention to detail.Take pride in your work with drive and dedication.A good team player.Proven track record in building and maintaining solid working relationships.Knowledge of the Healthcare industry preferred but not essential.Previous use of CRM Salesforce system preferred but not essential.
