Supporting a range of small to medium-sized projects, you will play a key role in ensuring the effective management and control of project documentation across the full lifecycle.This is an chance to work closely with multidisciplinary engineering and project teams on mining and resources projects, contributing to the smooth and compliant delivery of project outcomes.
You'll be;Maintaining document registers and ensuring accurate version control and traceabilityCoordinating document workflows, including reviews, approvals, and transmittalsEnsuring compliance with WSP and client document control processes and standardsLiaising with engineers,



project managers, and external stakeholders to support document flowPerforming quality checks on documentation prior to issuePreparing reports on document status and supporting project close-out activitiesAbout YouExperience in a Document Controller or similar role within engineering, mining, or construction environmentsStrong understanding of document control processes and lifecycle requirementsExperience using document management systems (e.g. Aconex, TeamBinder, SharePoint or similar)High attention to detail and strong organisational skillsAbility to manage competing priorities in a project environmentConfident working with a range of stakeholders across project teamsProficient in Microsoft Office, particularly ExcelWhy WSP?
